Wellness Walk 2024!
The Main Street Merchants of Historic Medford Village Invite You to The Wellness Walk, an event designed to bring harmony and balance to our community! On Saturday, May 11th, join us for an afternoon of fun and wellness & prizes.
This event will start at 1:00 pm and will include a scavenger hunt where you can gather clues to lead you shop to shop & tickets to use towards winning prizes! Each participating business will have extra tickets that you can win extra prizes with by spending $10+ in participating shops!
At 3:00 pm, we will begin the Wellness Walk Street Saging, which will be lead by intuitive spiritual guides. During the walk, we will use sage and crystals to energetically cleanse ourselves and Main Street. At 3:30 pm, we will finish the afternoon with a gathering circle, where we will do a healing release and burn ceremony at the Center, Life in Balance’s backyard. We will also be calling out winners of $50 of Main Street Money, plus door prizes from participating shops!
How to Get Tickets:
Purchasing a ticket to the wellness walk scavenger hunt (comes with 1 free ticket)
Solving clues in the scavenger hunt & going shop to shop, get a ticket in each correct shop just for stopping in.
Make a purchase in participating shops of $10 or more for another ticket
Complete your scavenger hunt for another ticket (redeemable at the end)
What can you win:
In addition to the amazing scavenger hunt, street sage experience, and releasing ceremony we’re adding a prize portion! We’re giving away $50 in Main Street Money (usable at most Main Street Merchant businesses, same as cash) Plus, Main Street shops have given gift cards or baskets to win! You must be present to win, and winning #s will be called after the sage event back at the Center, Life in Balance at approx 3:45pm.

All ages are welcome, but tickets are required. Tickets cost $7 per person and can be purchased at MainStreetMedford.com All children must be accompanied by an adult.
1:00-2:45 Pickup your scavenger hunt packet at Lower Forge. You’ll walk shop to shop following clues & solve your scavenger hunt.
3:00: Sage the Street. Meet up at The Center, Life in Balance to get your sage or crystal, and be lead on the cleansing walk to sage the street & clear the energy! (arrive 2:45 to be ready to go, on foot, at 3!)
3:30 Releasing Ceremony: A sacred ceremony behind the Center, Life in Balance where we spiritually & emotionally cleanse ourselves & our environment!
3:45: Prizes! The tickets you’ve collected during the scavenger hunt are entered in a free drawing! We’ll be giving away $50 in Main Street Money, plus door prizes like gift cards or gift baskets from Main St shops! Must be present to win!
**You will pick up the sage/crystals at The Center, Life in Balance on the day of the event. Info will be emailed to you for printing**

History of the Event:
This event started in 2018 when all our events were getting rained out! We decided we needed to “Sage the Street” and our first event was born! We “Saged the Street” and set our intentions for prosperity, positivity, and beautiful weather! It worked! This event has evolved into the Main Street Medford Wellness Walk! Join us on a wellness journey from 1:00-3:00, visit the Merchants on Main Street to get your clues for the wellness mystery hunt message
at 3pm head to The Center, Life in Balance, 45 S Main,
go on our wellness walk lead by intuitive spiritual guides using sage and crystals to energetically cleanse ourselves & Main Street. Finally join in a gathering circle to let go of any unwanted energies in a healing release & burn ceremony!
